iProcurement has slow performance when navigating to the approval list page at Requisition Checkout step 2 of 3.

TRACE shows many statements having slow performance. All of the following statements are taking from longer than 5 minutes to longer than 5 seconds to execute, and there is also a select statement with an ORA-00942 error.  These should all execute much more quickly.


The following statement encountered a error during parse:

 



STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Navigate to iProcurement
2. Add one item to cart
3. Checkout
4. Click Next to go to checkout step 2 of 3
- see the very slow performance (longer than 5 minutes)

IMPACT
For one case It took almost two hours to get one purchase order out, which is not acceptable. Users cannot complete the daily workload due to the system slowness. They need to get this resolved ASAP.
