Goal

The field 'Approval Status' in the Find window of the PN Leases form or PN view lease history form shows only 2 values , 'Final' and 'Draft' while there could be leases with approval status 'Submitted' when PN Lease approval workflow functionality is used.

How to find such leases while the 'Submitted' value does not exist in the List of values of the Approval status field?
