Missing Intransit Receipt Transaction in Inventory Material Transactions (MTL_MATERIAL_TRANSACTIONS) for an Intransit Shipments (Doc ID 1548335.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Missing Intransit Receipt transaction in MTL_MATERIAL_TRANSACTIONS.
There was an ORA error due to tablespace issue; Intransit Receipt Transaction wasn't generated.
The receiving data has been updated correctly, and shows the "FULLY RECEIVED", but, there is no material transaction in Inventory.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Receipt transaction should be present in MMT or stuck in MMTT

STEPS
The issue can be seen with the following steps:
1. Inventory > View Material Transactions > Shipment number > '1234' , See only the Shipment Transaction. The Receipt transaction is missing.
