Synchronize Data Not Remove Transaction Line (Doc ID 1548683.1)

Symptoms

An Order Release is created with Multiple Lines. A Trade Transaction is created for this Order Release and the number of Transaction Lines match. The order is updated to more one of the lines to another Order Release. When the "Synchronize Data" action is taken on the Transaction, the lines are not updated to reflect the change in Lines (i.e. the same number of lines still exist as when the Trade Transaction was initially created). The Trade Transaction was expected to be updated to remove the line removed from the Order Release.
