Symptoms

After trying to approve the adjustment in Transaction form for specific transactions the following error was received:

ORA-01403: no data found
FRM-40735: ON-UPDATE trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01422
FRM-40735: ON-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01422

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Responsibility: Brazil Receivables
    Navigation: Account Details -> Find Transaction
  2. Query for an existing Transaction
  3. Invoke form menu Actions >Adjust
