Dunning Letters Not Sent by Email - Required Property Missing. Property Name :[HOST] (Doc ID 1549929.1)

Symptoms

When trying to email dunning letters from Advanced Collections, the IEX_BULK_XML_DELIVERY errors with the following, even when the SMTP profiles are set:

IEXXmlDelivery [Apr-24-2013 20:21:47]: sqlexp:oracle.apps.xdo.delivery.MissingRequiredPropertyException: Required property missing. Property name :[HOST]
IEXXmlDelivery [Apr-24-2013 20:21:47]: sqlexp:oracle.apps.xdo.delivery.MissingRequiredPropertyException: Required property missing. Property name :[HOST]

The following profiles are set correctly:
IEX: SMTP From
IEX: SMTP Host

Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility: Collection Agent
Navigation: Submit Request > IEX: Send Dunnings for Delinquent Customers

  1. Submit concurrent program, and review the delivery log file for errors.
