Automatic Receipt/Remittance: Refund receipt shows CONFIRMED although it appears REMITTED in IBY tables (Doc ID 1550134.1)

Symptoms

The issue is specifically with refunds.

The refund data is in Confirmed status but based on the IBY data.

It has been approved/captured, so it should be in Remitted status
