Open Ended Searches In OTM Screens Taking a Long Time to Return Results in Version 6.2.8 (Doc ID 1550217.1)

Symptoms

Open ended searches in OTM screens not returning results in OTM v6.2.8

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

- Login to OTM v6.2.8 environment.
- Navigate to any OTM Screen from the menu
- Click on "Search" button without entering any criteria.
- It will be struck and will not return any results even after 4-5 minutes.

Note: This issue is happening for almost all the screens when searched without giving any search criteria.
Eg: Shipments search screen(Shipment Management > Shipment Management > Buy Shipments).
