RTI Net Pay Deductions Total on FPS EDI File and FPS Reconciliation Report Not Matching With Gross To Net & Payment Summary Report (Doc ID 1550566.1)

Symptoms

The total computed for Net Pay Deduction in the Full Payment Submission (FPS) report is not matching the Net Pay Deduction computed from the Gross to Net Summary Report and the Payment Summary Report.



The computation is based on the following calculation

Total Deductions
- Minus PAYE
- Minus NI
- Minus Student Loans
- Minus NIable Deductions Free of Tax
- Minus Pre Tax Deductions
+ PLUS non-BACS payment PLUS (in case of multiple BACS payments)
add all Employee BACS payments other than the highest excluding third party payments.
