Information in this document applies to any platform.
F5 BIG-IP and Single Signon load Balancer

-Across multiple products, when looking at a Framework SSWA page with multiple attachments, once the first attachment is clicked on and opened, every attachment viewed after that shows the first file that was opened.

-The Framework page point to the wrong area due to a memory issue with Load Balancing.

Steps to Recreate
NOTE: EXAMPLE ONLY. Issue occurs across multiple products including, but not limited to, OIE and Buyers Work Center with POs.

1. Select the Internet Expense Auditor responsibility, such as “US MKE iEXPENSE AUDITOR”
2. Use the Search feature to search for an expense report by number, such as EX569535
3. Select the link next to Attachments prompt (Add button)
4. Select the 2nd file link in the list (in this case 10 attachments are already added to the report so select the second file in the list)
5. The correct file opens
6. Select the link for another file (different file name)
7. No matter what other link is selected it always opens/displays the contents the 2nd file in the list
8. To see a different attachment file, refresh the form by navigating back to the OIE Home page and then repeat steps 1 – 4 for each attachment link to access the other attachments

Expected Behavior
The user should not have to navigate out of the page in order to select a different Attachment file for review.

NOTE: Verify that if you clear the cache and log out of and back into Oracle you can open one attachment, close that attachment, open the next attachment and the second one will open. Unfortunately, after that, if you try to go back to open the first attachment, the second one opens.

Single sign-on Load Balancer   F5 BIG-IP or any other Load balancer used.
