Purpose

The purpose of this bulletin is to provide Oracle Customers with a good understanding of the Scheduling process and the profiles and setup steps required to obtain the desired scheduling results.

Scope

This document helps the Support Engineers and Oracle Customers to understand basic scheduling concepts within Order Management and also addresses the functionality of scheduling in detail along with business scenarios.

This page describes in detail about the various profile options and setups which affect Scheduling.
Screen shots and testing of sample insert scripts in this page were done in a 12.1.2 Oracle Vision Instance.
