Cascading of header level changes to lines has been done in R12. But the PRICING DATE from header to order lines was not.

Per Oracle Order Management Implementation Manual Release 12.1, Part No. E13406-04 Page 7-47
The existing profile OM: Sales Order Form: Cascade Header Changes to Line determines what choices the user has when using this feature, but does not enforce cascading.
The attributes need to be enabled in the quick code lookup before cascading will take place.

In R12, the PRICING DATE was not included in the Header to Line Cascade Attributes Lookup.
Page 7-48 indicates that PRICING DATE cannot be added manually: quick codes/ the lookup is set at the user level and is not extensible.
