OA release 12 - Invoices workbench

Query an invoice. Once the invoice displays, tab or clicking anywhere on the form. The following error occurs:

   APP-SQLAP-10000: ORA-06508: pl/sql: could not find program unit being called occurred in
   Apxinwkb->inv_sum_folder_item_overflow->ap_accounting_events_pkg.update_invoice_events_status
   With parameters (p_invoice_id = &inv_id)
   While performing the following operation:
   &debug_info
   --- --- ---
