PA_PROJECT_PUB.CREATE_PROJECT

Symptoms

You are using the API PA_PROJECT_PUB.CREATE_PROJECT to create a new project, but the process fails and the error message returned is:

PA_CUST_NOT_OVERRIDABLE_AMG
Project: '&PROJECT'
You cannot override the Customer field while using this template.
