EBS WMS: Receiving Transaction Processor failed with error RVTTH-115d (Doc ID 1555030.1)

PROBLEM STATEMENT
When attempting to inspect a receipt in a WMS-enabled organization receiving transaction processor failed with following error:

RVTTH-115d: Subroutine process_transaction() returned error Cause: Subroutine process_transaction() returned an internal error.
Action: Note this error number and the actions you are trying to perform. Contact your system

Changes

The issue was caused by changing the 'WMS Enabled' flag for inventory Organization from 'No' to 'Yes'
