General Ledger Transfer Issue: Intermittently Unable to Post Journals in Secondary Set Of Books (Doc ID 1555462.1)

Symptoms

You submitted the GL transfer program (ARGLTP) and it successfully transferred journals for your Primary Set of Books (PSOB), however it did not transfer to your Secondary Set of Books (SSOB). This issue happens intermittently.
