Symptoms
Original Ship Units are not removed from Shipment when sending an ActualShipment XML with RC (Replace Children)
The new ship units are added but the original ship units are not removed.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Load the XML file for REPLACING an existing Ship Unit.
2. Find that while the new ship unit is added, the original is not removed.
