Symptoms

After submitting the Invoice Approval Workflow, it completes with the below error:

REP-1401: 'cf_raise_eventformula': Fatal PL/SQL error occurred.
MSG-00020: After SRWEXIT
REP-0069: Internal error
REP-57054: In-process job terminated:Terminated with error:
REP-1401: MSG-00001: After SRWINIT0
