On : 12.0.6 version, Seeded Timecard Layouts

When attempting to create a timecard using Existing Template > Entering time using some of the projects, removing time from others amending and entering a new row on the end > Select Recalculate >
the following error occurs.

 'You have entered some time information without associating any time with that information. Enter some time for this information, or remove it.'


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: OTL Time Card Responsibility'

2. Create Timecard using Existing Template > Enter following time using some of the projects, removing time from others amending and entering a new row on the end > Select Recalculate > Following message appears and the columns will not Recalculate 'You have entered some time information without associating any time with that information. Enter some time for this information, or remove it.'

Workaround
-------------------------
When creating the templates, input '0' against all projects not being used.
When creating the timecards from a template to remove the blank lines or remove the projects with no time entered, the save button is used, which then enables the recalculate and delete button to be used in order to save and update the timecard.
