Symptoms
When adding a Shipment Event to a shipment, this runs the SHIPMENT EVENT TRACKER agent. When running the action "RECALC ESTIMATED STOP TIMES", the distance on the shipment is being set to 0 when the service time calculation is declared as Infeasible.
