Receipts Workbench: Receipt is Showing Inconsistent Data in the Receipt Form

Symptoms
You are having the following issue with two (2) receipts:
1. One receipt of $1775.45 and is unapplied in the system. However, the receipt screen shows it as both unidentified and unapplied.
2. One receipt shows as $0, but has both unapplied and applied amounts as $230.25. Moreover, this receipt is appearing in the Unapplied and Unresolved Receipts Register as Unidentified
