Timecard Project LOV Picklist Unable To Press Select Or Quickselect (Doc ID 1557288.1)

Symptoms

User clicks on LOV, projects are returned from the LOV - user is not able to select or quickselect the project and return successfully to the OTL time entry form.

If the user enters the project manually and then clicks on TAB or moves to the next picklist, a javascript error appears and an error within the LDT is displayed,
the following error occurs.

You must enter a value for A451N! as criteria for the List Of Values


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
click on create timecard
select week ending date
click on project picklist
select/quickselect project (also copy project number to clipboard)
project does not return to OTL time entry form
cancel quick select
paste project manaully into form
tab to next field
error displays - You must enter a value for A451N! as criteria for the List Of Values

Changes

Occurred after HR applied assignment changes (valid assignment changes).

Removing the assignment appears to resolve the problem, but this is not a practical solution
