Symptoms

Users can attach a file to recurring journal definition but the generated recurring do not show the attachments.
 
Journals > Define > Recurring : create a recurring Journal and Attach a file to the batch and/or the journal. Save the changes.
 
Journals > Generate > Recurring: The recurring journals generated do not show the attachment.
 
This is true of Mass allocation journals as well.  Users can attach a file to a mass allocation definition but the generated mass allocation journals do not show the attachments.
