Symptoms

When attempting to open any HR forms like 'Enter and Maintain' via a seeded responsibility such as 'Global Super HRMS Manager' responsibility, the following error occurs.

APP-PAY-06153: System Error: Procedure INIT_FORMS at Step 1

 

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log on to the Applications.
2. Choose the responsibility 'Global Super HRMS Manager'.
3. Navigate to 'People-> Enter and Maintain'.
