Symptoms

One FND user not able to view their own concurrent request log and output files.
Have a fnd_user who is assigned with PA Global Interfaces Responsibility.
User is able to submit request but they cannot view their own request in the FNDRSRUN form.

Sysadmin user is also unable to see the request log and output files.
