No email Notification For ACMP 4.0 when create a patch or deploying patch (Doc ID 1560133.1)

Symptoms

On ACMP 4.0 version, doesn't receive an email notification when creating or deploying a  patch via ACMP
the following warning occurs on log file, mail never send
