Account Analysis Report for Subledger Accounting does not return the Period End Receipt Accrual

The Account Analysis Report for Subledger Accounting does not return the Period End Receipt Accrual Lines for Pre-Upgrade Journals. Customer upgraded from 11i to 12.1.3. With this customer is unable to get accurate journal detail data for Periods prior to the upgrade. Why is this happening?
