Cannot Log Into OTM 6.2.x After Applying Weblogic CPU Patch (Doc ID 1562306.1)

Symptoms


The following error will be generated in the Weblogic console.log.0 file when trying to log in after applying any Weblogic CPU ( Critical Patch Update ) on OTM 6.2.x.

 -- Expected Behavior
 That there would be no issues starting up OTM after applying the Critical Patch Update

 -- Steps
 The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
1. Apply a Weblogic Critical Patch Update
2. Re-start up OTM
3. OTM then is unable to establish a connection as the web login page displays "A connection to the server could not be established: null"
