Symptoms


When applying the Critical Patch Update April for 2013 (D33T - 10.3.6.0.4 - BUG 16083651) the following error occurs.

 -- Expected Behavior
 That there would be no issues starting up OTM after applying the Critical Patch Update for April 2013

 -- Steps
 The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
1. Apply the Critical Patch Update April 2013 as recommended
2. Re-start up OTM
3. OTM then is unable to establish a connection as the web login page displays "A connection to the server could not be established: null"
