Symptoms
When attempting to change the quantity or the price on a Purchase Order line,
the following error occurs
ERROR
FRM-40654: Record has been updated. Requery block to see change.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Responsibility: Purchasing
2. Navigate to: Purchase Orders > Purchase Orders
3. Query PO # xxxxx
4. Tab > Lines
Trying to change the Quantity or the Price, error message comes up
