Reversed Journal Is Missing Link To Original Journal On GL_JE_HEADERS (Doc ID 1563628.1)

Symptoms

There are journal records in GL_JE_HEADERS where the Reversed journal is missing the link to its original journal.

It is expected that the reversed journal links back to its original journal via the ACCRUAL_REV_JE_HEADER_ID column. This links the reversal to the original journal and the original journal to a reversal (if one exists).

There are journals which were reversed but the reversed journal has no link back to its original journal.
