Customer has a Carrier Capacity configured that is exceeded. When the run the action "Change Service Provider" and select to ignore "Rate Constraints", they expect that the carrier with exceeded capacity to be displayed. They find that if they select the "Allow Infeasible Service Time" box, then the carrier is displayed. However, they expect to not need to do this.
