"java.lang.NullPointerException" While Performing The Action Track And Trace In Shipment Visibility (Doc ID 1564067.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to select ten or more Shipments in the Visibility section of OTM and use the Track and Trace Action, the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1 - Log onto an OTM
2 - Navigate to: Shipment Management > Visibility > Shipment Visibility.
3 - Run an open search.
4 - Select the first nine (9) Shipments.
5 - Click on: Actions > Track and trace.
6 - The details for each of the selected Shipments will be returned.
7 - Close the Track and Trace screen.
8 - From the search results select ten or more Shipments.
9 - Click on: Actions > Track and trace.
10 - The error is seen
