Symptoms
Two invalid invoices with invoicing rules are failing create accounting. Create accounting error:
The subledger journal entry does not balance in the entered currency. Please verify the entered amounts on the journal entry lines.
The Transaction Diagnostics for the invoices show there are records that are missing Non-Model TAX rows in RA_CUST_TRX_LINE_GL_DIST_ALL.
These tax rows exist in the other AR tables: RA_CUSTOMER_TRX_LINES_ALL and AR_PAYMENT_SCHEDULES_ALL.
