Email Center Application uses a number of seeded:

To be able to record interaction history records for sending, Recieving, Transfering and Auto Processing emails.

Using the Interaction History JSP Admin responsibility it is possible to remove these seeded records needed by Email Center.

In this case, errors will be noted in the Email Center processing, the recording of IH records, and in Email Center Auto-Processing of Email.
