Unable To Build A Shipment Using Show Routing Options (SRO) (Doc ID 1567221.1)

Symptoms


When attempting to build a Shipment via Show Routing Options action, the shipment is not built and the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
"Constraints passed in is not valid, can not build shipment, see log for details".

This issue is happening only for multi-leg itineraries. Also its important to note that shipments are being built via bulk plan for the same itineraries which are failing when shipments are built via Show Routing Options action
