Unable to View Attachments Added in SSHR Qualifications, in the Core Qualifications form (Doc ID 1568294.1)

Symptoms

When adding an attachment in the Self Service Qualifications form, it is not possible to view this attachment in the Core HR Qualifications form.

 

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Using Employee Self service > Professional Details > Educational qualifications.
2. Click on add qualification, add qualification details and click on next button at the bottom of the screen.
3. Click on add attachment button, add an attachment file.
4. Click on save attachment and submit.
5. Go to home and select HRMS manager responsibility and query for the employee who had in the above screen added his qualification.
  HRMS Manager > Fast Path > Qualification
6. Go to menu view-attachment.
7. Unable to see any attachment.
