Order Release Line Allocation Not Displaying in View Mode

Symptoms
When viewing an Order Release in VIEW mode, the Order Release Line Allocation section does not display the allocation even though the voucher is allocated. If you view the related voucher, you will see the allocation. Also data exists in the ALLOCATION_D database table.
This only occurs if more than one Line on the Order.
