Symptoms

The "View Approval Through Workflow" does not launch from the Purchase Order Summary Form.

Steps:
•  Purchasing Responsibility
•  "Purchase Order" => "Purchase Order Summary"
•  Query a Purchase Order
•  Choose "View Approval Through Workflow" from upper top menu
•  Note that the expected form does not display or show to be loading
