The following SQL statement from the International Trade Management (ITM) Adapter Startup Concurrent Program is generating a large volume of records in the WSH_ITM_REQUEST_CONTROL table:

For example, there are over 68,400,004,000 (million) rows in the table WSH_ITM_REQUEST_CONTROL and growing.  ITM and Global Trade Management (GTM) Applications are in use for the Export Compliance functionality, therefore the ITM Adapter Startup concurrent program is always running.
