Discrete Job Value Report WIP Value Is Inaccurate (Doc ID 1571435.1)

Goal

When running Close Discrete Jobs SRS to close completed jobs, the WIP value decreases by the variance total of the jobs being closed. When running Close Discrete Jobs again to close cancelled job, the WIP value appears to be the previous beginning balance with only the decrease of canceled jobs variance and not the sum of both.
