Symptoms

AR to GL Reconciliation Report report shows difference.

For upgraded receipts, the EVENT_ID is stamped in AR_CASH_RECEIPT_HISTORY_ALL, but the same is not stamped in RECEIVABLE_APPLICATIONS, which results in AR-GL
reconciliation difference.

Periods consists of upgraded transactions as well.
