ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
On the sales order form, for lot controlled item, when the sub-inventory is specified on the order line, clicking availability button shows on hand qty is 0. But if you check it through Materials Workbench, the on hand qty is not 0. The issue only happens for the lot controlled item and also the sub-inventory is specified,
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the on hand from the materials workbench to be shown.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Order Management responsibility
1. Orders, Returns > Sales Order Form
2. Create or open sales order for a lot controlled item and specify the sub inventory on the order line.
3. Click on the line and open Availability form.
