Symptoms


APMACR module: Mass Additions Create does not interface all Payables invoices to Oracle Assets.
FND debug log messages from massadd.sql diagnostic script shows an error on the FA package:


OFA FA_SHARED_ORACLE_ERR N ORACLE_ERR ORA-22160: element at index [23] does not exist
