Qn1: Business wants to change the serial control setup for some items from Non-Serialized to Serialized and for some items from Serialized to Non-Serialized.  
Qn2: Provide details for below cases. How to split quantity to one and assign a serial number to the item instance in both the below two cases. What table does the changes need to be done in. Where does the record need to be inserted and which column needs to be updated.

1. If the item is Serial controlled at Sales Order issue.
