Symptoms

The Accounting Program or Transfer Journal Entries to GL errored out with the following errors:

An internal error occurred. Please inform your system administrator or support representative that:

An internal error has occurred in the program xla_transfer_pkg.get_ledger_options. ORA-20001: -: XLA-95103: An internal error occurred. Please inform your system administrator or support representative that:

An internal error has occurred in the program xla_events_pkg.get_ledger_options. Access set Id not found for the ledger ID = XXXX
