On OTM version 6.3.1 version:

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The distance results of 'Get Buy Rate' button from the Constraints tab of an Order Release and the results of ASK OTM Distance/Time give different distance results.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the distance results to be the same.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1 - Log onto an OTM 6.3.1 system.

2 - Navigate to: Order Management > Order Release > Order Release.

Created a new Order Release.
Source: A
Destination: B

3 - Edit the Order Release after saving it.

4 - Click on the Constraints tab.

5 - Click on the 'Get Buy Rate' button.

6 - The list of results is returned, each states the distance, call it x.

7 - Click on the 'Get Sell Rates' button.

8 - The results returned show the same distance of x.

9 - Click on 'Distance/Time' in the ASK OTM bar at the base of the OTM screen.

Entered:
Rate Service: SIM
Rate Distance: LOOKUP ELSE ESTIMATE
Ship From Location ID: A
Ship to Location ID: B

10 - Click 'Find Distance/Time'.

11 - The distance result is not X.
