Symptoms
When sending in an Order BAse change that has an Order Release on both a buy and sell shipment, the OMD action fails with the following error occurs.
ERROR

Exception Cannot delete the SHIP_UNIT_LINE record. A S_SHIP_UNIT_LINE record
references it in its SHIP_UNIT_GID, SHIP_UNIT_LINE_NO column.
java.sql.SQLIntegrityConstraintViolationException: ORA-02292: integrity
constraint (GLOGOWNER.FK_SSUL_SHIP_UNIT_LINE) violated - child record found
