Sales Order Form Validation failed for the field - Ship To Contact or Bill To Contact (Doc ID 1584943.1)

Problem Statement
While entering the customer name/Customer Number in Sales Order Form, system is throwing the following error.

Error
"Validation failed for the field - Ship To Contact" or "Validation failed for the field - Bill To Contact"

Steps to Reproduce

Open Sales Order form and enter Customer or Customer Number
The following error occurs.
"Validation failed for the field - Ship To Contact" or "Validation failed for the field - Bill To Contact"
But sales order is saved without contact information
