Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Find that no value is defaulted in Context Value when creating vacancy.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect Context Value to get defaulted in.

Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Responsibility: iRecruitment Manager or iRecruitment Recruiter.

2. Navigation: iRecruitment Home

3. Click on New Vacancy link

4. No value is defaulted in Context Value field

Workaround
Select value in Context Value field and segments are displayed correctly.
