Goal

Please confirm when Oracle can provide a patch and support for the new SEPA version / rulebook pain.001.003.03?

The new pain version will be made available and supported by EPC and Banks starting 4-Nov-2013.
Since this new version supports an extended character set, there are a number of customers who are very keen to implement this version asap.
